Who we are

Eljan Health Co. (“we,” “us”) publishes meals and recipes, free tools, and related website content for busy women building strength for life on macro tracking, practical lifting, and longevity habits that fit a busy week, offers coaching services arranged by contact, and sends a free newsletter. Our content and coaching are education and coaching — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

What this site does

This website shares education pages (home, about, start guides, meal defaults, sample issues), invites you to subscribe to our newsletter, and describes our coaching services. Coaching is arranged by contact: you email us, we reply with pricing and package details on request, and intake and payment are arranged from there. The website itself has no booking, intake, or checkout forms.

Newsletter subscription (Beehiiv)

When you choose Subscribe (on this site or via our Beehiiv page), you provide an email address through Beehiiv, our email service provider (ESP). Beehiiv processes that subscription data so we can send the Eljan Health newsletter and related education messages.

Beehiiv’s own privacy practices also apply to data they process. You can unsubscribe from any issue using Beehiiv’s unsubscribe link, or manage preferences through Beehiiv’s subscriber tools.

Information we may process

  • Email address and related subscription metadata (for example, subscribe time, open/click events Beehiiv records) when you subscribe.
  • Messages you send us if you contact us about coaching and pricing, the newsletter, or this site (for example, at info@eljanhealth.com).
  • Coaching intake information, if you become a coaching client. Intake questionnaires may collect health and fitness information to personalize your coaching, such as your goals, schedule, training background, equipment, food preferences, tracking history, and answers to a standard pre-activity readiness questionnaire.
  • Coaching records, such as check-in forms, messages, call notes, form-check videos, and tracking screenshots you choose to share with us during coaching.
  • Payment information, if you pay for coaching. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor when coaching is arranged. The processor collects your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive confirmation of payment and related details such as your name, email, and the amount, not your full card number.
  • Basic technical data that any website may receive automatically (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) via hosting or CDN logs.

This public website does not collect intake answers or payment details directly. We ask for intake information only after coaching has been arranged, and only what we need to personalize your coaching. Please don’t send detailed health information in a first inquiry email.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, Cloudflare’s cookieless visit counting. It only counts visits and sets no cookies. We use no ad trackers. Essential cookies or local storage may be used by our host, CDN, or by Beehiiv when you load their subscribe embed or visit their pages. Beehiiv may set its own cookies for subscription and delivery.

How we use information

  • Send the newsletter and occasional education-related updates you opted into.
  • Operate, secure, and improve this website.
  • Respond to requests you send us, including coaching and pricing inquiries.
  • Personalize and deliver coaching you have arranged with us: building your plan, reviewing check-ins, and adjusting your coaching.
  • Arrange and confirm payment for coaching through our payment processor.
  • Email newsletter subscribers about coaching or related offerings, where you have opted in to the list.

We do not sell your email address or your coaching information, and we do not use intake or coaching information for advertising.

Sharing

We share subscription-related data with Beehiiv as our ESP so email can be delivered. Hosting and CDN providers may process technical logs needed to serve the site. For coaching, we may use third-party service providers for intake forms, scheduling, video calls, messaging, coaching delivery, and payment processing; they process information on our behalf or under their own terms to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of Eljan Health Co. or others.

Retention and your choices

We keep subscription data while you remain subscribed, and coaching information while you are a coaching client, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for operations, legal compliance, or dispute handling. You may unsubscribe at any time via Beehiiv. To request access to or deletion of your coaching information, or to ask a privacy question, use Beehiiv’s tools where available, or email us at info@eljanhealth.com.

Children

Eljan Health is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

This site, newsletter, and coaching are aimed at adults (busy women building strength for life). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not coach minors.

Changes

We may update this draft as the site and newsletter practices evolve. The “Last updated” line above will change when we revise it. After legal review, a final version will replace this draft.
