Bento lunch box

Hey —

Our bento box from the reel. No cooking — just chopping and packing — and we make more than one at a time so lunch is already done tomorrow.

What you need

Tap each item as you get it out.

How it comes together

  1. Chop the peppers, cucumber, and celery. Baby carrots go in as they are.
  2. Spoon red pepper hummus into a section of each box.
  3. Add the turkey slices, crackers, pickles, and cheese wedge.
  4. Top with broccoli sprouts, lid on, fridge.

Swaps and serving ideas

  • Pack more than one box at once so the next lunch is ready to grab.

The shape

  • Protein you can get fast: turkey slices, plus hummus and a cheese wedge
  • Produce: peppers, cucumber, celery, baby carrots, pickles, broccoli sprouts
  • Carb you already use: gluten-free crackers

Starting vs already tracking

  • Curious / restarting: a packed box beats deciding at noon. Log the box once.
  • Already tracking: pack the same box twice and you only have to log it once — then copy it.
